It is important that we have an initial detailed discussion to collate relevant information in order to form and develop an accurate design brief.
Step 2 – Design Process
I will develop and help you visualise your ideas from concept to completion by way of producing hand-drawn or computer aided plans and visuals.
Step 3 – Final Plans Approved
On approval of final design, if required, I will prepare and submit building warrant and planning applications on your behalf.

My name is Brian O’Hanlon. I have over 40 years experience specialising in design, space planning and visualisation. I have developed numerous long standing partnerships with building surveyors and building contractors throughout central Scotland. Together we continue to offer a professional and efficient design service to the commercial industry.

The Process
A detailed measured survey of your space may be necessary in order to prepare initial CAD plans and collate all relevant information.
By studying the space you have and understanding how your organisation operates, I can then develop your particular design requirements.
This may be by way of simple space plans, sketches or fully coloured photo realistic computer images.
On agreement of final design, if required, I will prepare and submit building warrant and planning applications on your behalf.
